摘 要:为探讨结核分枝杆菌检测的新途径及其FQ -PCR技术在结核分枝杆菌DNA诊断中的实用价值 ,运用FQ -PCR技术对 6 8例结核病患者和 6 8例非结核病患者体液进行结核分枝杆菌DNA测定 ,并与涂片抗酸染色及ELISA—抗结核抗体法进行比较。结果FQ -PCR技术阳性率为 88.2 % ,准确度 94.1% ;涂片抗酸染色法阳性率为 19.1% ,准确度 5 9.6 % ;ELISA—抗结核抗体法阳性率为 6 6 .2 % ,准确度 83 .1%。认为FQ -PCR技术不但具有明显高于涂片抗酸染色及ELISA—抗结核抗体法的阳性率和准确度 ,而且还具备准确定量分析的优点 ,为病人早期诊断与药物疗效观察提供了更为精确的病原学依据 。In order to investigate new methods to the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and diagnostic value of FQ-PCR in the detection of DNA in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, FQ-PCR was used to detect DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in body fluid from 68 patients with tuberculosis and 68 patients without tuberculosis and it was also compared with the two methods of smear acid-fast stainning and antituberculotic antibody. Results showed that the positive rate of FQ-PCR was 88.2%, the accurative rate was 94.1%; the positive rate of smear acid-fast staining was 19.1%, the accurative rate was 59.6%; the positive rate of ELISA-antituberculotic antibody was 66.2%, the accurative rate was 83.1%. It indicates that not only had FQ-PCR the characteristics of higher positive and accurative rates than smear acid-fast staining and antituberculotic antibody, but also had the advantage of accuracy quantitative analysis. It is of greater applicable importance that early diagnostic and medical treatment depend on FQ-PCR etiology data.
