摘 要:本文研究费菜总黄酮调节血脂水平及抑制人体肝癌细胞增殖的作用。采用脂质代谢紊乱模型法和MTT检测法,分别研究总黄酮调节血脂及对肝癌细胞增殖的影响。试验结果表明,对比高脂模型组,总黄酮剂量组小鼠体重增长缓慢,肝指数和脂肪系数明显降低,且小鼠血清中TC、TG水平显著降低,HDL-C水平显著升高(p<0.05或p<0.01);当总黄酮质量浓度为50,100,200μg/mL时,对人体肝癌细胞的抑制率分别为11.15%,41.96%,52.04%,且随着总黄酮浓度的升高,抑制率不断增大。费菜总黄酮具有降低血脂水平及抑制肝癌细胞增殖的功能。The regulation of blood lipid and inhibition of human hepatoearcinima proliferation for total flavonoid from Sedum aizoon L. were investigated in this paper. To explore the effects of total flavonoid on blood lipid regulation and hepatocarcinoma proliferation, the methods of metabolic disturbance model and MTT colorimetric were adopted. The re- suits show that compared with hyperlipoidemia model group,the weight of rats in total flavonoid dose group increased slowly, parameters of liver and fat were reduced significantly, and the contents of TG, TC in serum of rats were signifi- cantly reduced (p〈0.01 or p〈0.05) and that of HDL-C was significantly increased (p〈0.05). The concentrations of total flavonoid were 50, 100 and 200 μg/mL, the inhibition rate of human hepatocarcinima proliferation were 11.15%, 41.96% and 52.04% respectively. With the concentration increased, the inhibition rate was increasing. Total flavonoid from Sedum aizoon L. has the function of regulate biood lipid and inhibit hepatoearcinima proliferation.
