摘　　要：探讨了矿业企业技术创新和生态创新的"复合创新"问题,即从矿业企业工艺技术创新机制和二次资源再利用机制的两个方面进行系统地分析,结合祥云飞龙企业的实际案例,试图为企业构建可持续技术创新机制,创建新的成长模式,为中国矿业企业选择和实施可持续发展的成长模式提供依据。This paper mainly discusses about the technological innovation and ecological innovation of the mining enterprise based on the theories of sustainable development, which we call Composite Innovation. The author systematically analyas the mining enterprises from the view of the mining enterprise techno- logical innovation mechanism and the secondary resources recycle mechanism. At last, the author tries to construct the sustainable technological innovation mechanism and create a new growth model for the enterprises combined with the dctual cases of the Xiangyun Dragon Enterprise to provide corresponding basis for Chinese mining enterprises to select and implement sustainable development of growth pattern.
