摘　　要：目的分析可吸收螺钉治疗青壮年Pipkin骨折的临床疗效。方法 2005—2011年我院采取可吸收螺钉治疗17例青壮年Pipkin骨折患者,男15例,女2例;年龄23～42岁,平均34.8岁。评价手术时机、骨折分型对术后疗效的影响,根据Thompson-Epstein评定标准评价疗效。结果术后无感染、深静脉血栓形成等并发症发生。17例患者全部获得12个月～4年随访,平均1.5年,1例患者出现螺钉断裂,2例患者出现股骨头坏死、创伤性关节炎。根据Thompson-Epstein评定标准,优5例,良7例,可2例,差3例,优良率为70.6%。结论对于青壮年Pipkin骨折,应用可吸收螺钉及早治疗,根据骨折分型及骨折位置选用合适手术入路可取得较好疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical results of absorbable screws in the treatment of young people Pipkin fracture. Methods There were on 17 young cases of Pipkin fracture treated with absorbable screws from 2005 to 2011. Clinical results of different operation opportunity and fracture typing was evaluated, the curative effect was eval- uated according to Thompson-Epstein scale. Results The patients were followed up for an average time of 18 months （12 to 48 months）. There were totally 3 relatively severe complications ：screw collapse in 1 cases,femoral head necro- sis,traumatic arthritis in 2 cases. The results were excellent in 5 cases ,good in 7 eases,fair in 2 cases ,poor in 3 case according to Thompson-Epstein scale. Rate of excellent and good result was 70.6 %. Conclusion To treat young peo- ple Pipkin fracture as soon as possible with the absorbable screws provides rigid internal fixation and good clinical ef- fect by suitable operative approach.
