双切口治疗胫骨平台前外合并后外侧柱骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析双切口双钢板治疗胫骨平台前外侧柱合并后外侧柱骨折的临床疗效。方法胫骨平台前外侧柱合并后外侧柱骨折8例,男5例,女3例,年龄22～47岁,平均年龄37岁。采用前外侧及后外侧双切口,显露前外侧柱及后外侧柱骨折,复位后双钢板固定,术后平均随访11.7个月,采用Rasmussen评分法评价治疗效果。结果 8例患者下肢力线全部矫正,其中优良7例,占87.5%;一般1例,占12.5%。不伴早晚期并发症。结论用双切口双钢板治疗胫骨平台前外侧柱合并后外侧柱骨折是一种可靠的手术方法,疗效佳,并发症少。Objective To retrospective analyze the the clinical efficacy of fixation with two plates through two-in- cision in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture combine anterolateral column and posteriolateral columnMethods There were 8 cases of tibial plateau fracture including anterolateral column and posteriolateral column（5 males and 3 females）their mean age was 37 years old. We used of the anterolateral and posterolateral incision to expose the antero- lateral column and posterolateral column fracture ,then reduced fractures and fixed with tow plates. The mean postop- erative follow-up duration was 11.7 months. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by Rasmussen criteria. Results The l~）w extremity alignment of the eight patients was restored. According to Rasmussen criteria,there were excel- lence in 7cases and fair in 1 case. There was no poor case. No cases was poor efficacy. No early and late complications were found. Conclusion It is a reliable surgical methods to treat tibial plateau fracture involving anterolateral column and posteriolateral column. Fixation with two plates though two-incision has good clinical effect and few complica- tions.
