摘　　要：通过分析影响反恐分队综合作战效能的主要因素,建立了反恐分队综合作战效能评估的指标体系。然后,运用模糊AHP评估模型对反恐分队综合作战效能进行定位评估。最后,运用DEA模型对一级指标进行了有效性分析,并指出了无效指标需要提高的幅度。By analyzing the impact of comprehensive anti-terrorist unit operational effectiveness of the main factors, the evaluation model of comprehensive anti-terrorism unit combat effectiveness and evaluation index system is given. Then the Fuzzy AHP method is used to indicate the comprehensive anti-terrorism combat effectiveness evaluation. Finally, the DEA model is used to analysis the validity of the first level indicator and pointed out the need to improve the amplitude of invalid index.
