构建区域性金融服务中心能力的研究

摘　　要：首先在新地理经济学的理论架构下，通过空间区位分析，对我国各城市构建区域性金融服务中心的能力进行合理评价，研究认为应优先发展金融服务业集聚区域的中心城市；随后结合空间相关性分析结果，可判别各地区金融服务业集聚类型及规模，进而对构建区域性金融服务中心的各城市进行战略选择；最后提出要提升各地区构建区域性金融服务中心能力，推动社会资源优化配置，促进经济和社会发展的政策建议。Under the new geographical economics theory, by the spatial location analysis, this paper makes a reasonable evaluation on the ability of a region which wants to establish regional financial service center and finds out that we should develop the key cities of financial service industry agglomerated region. Using spatial correlation analysis, the paper finds out the types and sizes of financial service industry agglomerated, and then makes the strategy chooses on the regional financial service center and its development scale. Combined with the spatial location influencing factors analysis, this paper gives some policy suggestions on the promotion of the establishment of the regional financial service center, the optimized allocation of the social resources and the promotion of economic and social development.
