摘　　要：选取1993—2011年我国对外直接投资和产业升级作为研究样本,构建回归模型。结果表明:我国对外直接投资与国内产业升级之间存在长期稳定的比例关系,对外直接投资能有效促进我国产业结构的优化和升级。An anthology from 2003-2011 year our country outward direct investment and industry upgrade as the research sample, establishing regression model. The empirical analysis results show that： China＇s outward direct investment and upgrading of domestic industries between the long-term stable proportional relationship, direct foreign investment in China can effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
