高校旧房修缮项目投资控制探析

摘　　要：近年来,很多高校开始进行旧房修缮工作以满足学校快速发展的需求,每年高校在此类项目中投资巨大,本文对高校旧房修缮项目的实施过程中如何控制投资,提高资金利用率进行了探讨分析。In recent years, many colleges and universities begin repair of old houses to meet the needs of rapid development of schools, colleges and universities invest heavily in such projects every year. this article discusses and analyzes how to control investment and increase fund utilization rate during iraplementation of repair projects of old houses of colleges and universities.
