摘　　要：文章介绍了提高PHC管桩基础安全性,防范风险的技术措施,总结了在上海某大型居住社区基地地块滚动开发过程中的条件与机会,注意收集和借鉴相邻地块已施工的岩土勘察、设计与施工的资料和经验,经过对比分析与试验研究论证、提升PHC管桩的设计与施工技术水平,取得了明显的成效,可供借鉴。This article introduces technical measures for improving foundation safety of PHC pipe piles and guarding against risks, summarizes conditions and oppor- tunities during progressive development of plot of a large residential community in Shanghai, collects and uses data and experience in geotechnical investigation, design and construction of adjacent plots for reference, improves technology of design and con- struction of PHC pipe piles by comparative analysis and experimental study and demonstration, and achieves obvious rest, Its. which can be used for reference.
