摘 要:目的 为船舶舱室能否使用新型 (MBP)隔热绝缘材料作安全性评价。方法 定性、定量测定材料常温 (45℃ )释放物及高温 (煤气火焰 )热解物组份 ;动物急性吸入材料高温热解物毒性试验。结果 该材料常温释放物为一氟三氯甲烷 (氟里昂 - 1 1 ) ,其浓度低于水面船舶舱室空气组份容许浓度(GJB1 1 .2 - 91 ,1 992 )。该材料高温热解物 2 0种 ,7种为中等毒性物质 ,1 3种为低毒或微毒物。动物急性吸入高温热解物半数致死质量浓度 L C5 0 >5 0 mg/L。Objective To evaluate the safeness of using a new type adiabatic insulation material(MBP) in naval vessels.Methods The released substances at room temperature and heat decomposed compositions at high temperature from the MBP were measured qualitatively and quantitatively;and also acute toxicity experiment with animals inhaled the heat decomposed products of MBP was made.Results The released substance from MBP at room temperature was trichloromonofluoromethane(freon 11)with concentration below allowed health standard(GJB11.2 91,1992).About 20 kinds of heat decomposed compositions were detected,among them,7 kinds were moderately toxic and 13 kinds were lowly or slightly toxic.LC 50 of the heat decomposed products when inhaled by the animals was over 50 mg/L.Conclusions The MBP material could be used safely in surface vessels.
