摘　　要：随着电力通信网的迅速发展，为保证有效全面的对网络进行管理，合理高效利用各种电力通信资源，迫切需要建立电力通信网资源预警系统。文章对电力通信网资源预警的内容及其重要性进行了综述，并介绍了基础资源数据库和数据挖掘技术，在此基础上详细描述了基于门限的电力通信网资源预警的设计和实现，最后给出了实现结果。With the rapid development of power communication network, it＇s essential to set up early warning system of electric power communications network resources, in order to manage network effectively and comprehensively, to utilize various power communication resource reasonably and efficiently. This paper firstly raises the content and importance of electric power communication network resources early warning, and introduces the basic resources database and the data mining technology, then it describes design and implementation of power communication resources network early warning based on threshold method. In the end, it reveals implementation result.
