基于联合国CDM方法学的水电站优化调度效益评价

摘　　要：优化调度效益评价是水电站运行管理的一项重要工作。本文介绍了我国目前常用的水电站优化调度效益评价指标,对这些指标的计算方法、使用情况进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了基于联合国CDM方法学的水电站优化调度效益评价指标算法。该算法计算速度快、效果良好,能够很好的评价优化调度取得的效益。采集的数据种类较少且获取容易,避免了传统计算方法一些参数需人为给定的缺陷,且容易编程实现。进行了实例计算,分析了影响评价结果的重要因素,对于提高水电站的调度水平以及广泛开展水电站优化调度工作具有借鉴意义。Evaluation of optimal operation benefit is a central task of hydropower station operation and management.This paper introduces and analyzes the indices commonly-used in such evaluation,and then puts forth a method for index calculation based on the methodology established by the Executive Board of Clean Development Mechanism.This new method can overcome the disadvantage but keep the advantages of traditional algorithm,and it is easy to use with no need for artificial parameters.Practical calculations with the method were carried out,and the major influencing factors on evaluation result are analyzed.This study would be useful for improvement on evaluation and scheduling of hydropower stations.
