摘 要:深入开展糯扎渡高心墙堆石坝土料特性、坝体结构分区、渗流和变形控制等方面研究,揭示掺砾黏土心墙在强度、变形、防渗和渗透稳定性等方面性能均较优,并具有较大抗水力劈裂安全度,提出简单而有效的掺砾工艺。研究提出以压实度为控制指标,现场对填筑体试坑中的细料进行三点击实压实度快速检测;研发600mm直径超大型击实仪,实现全料压实度复核。首次采用GPS等信息技术,对大坝填筑施工参数进行全面、实时、在线、自动监控,为高心墙堆石坝施工质量高标准监控提供了一条新途径。The dam materials of Nuozhadu hydropower project are optimized through studies on the fundamental theories and key technologies of its high core rock-fill dam(HCRFD).The necessity of clay core wall with added gravel is analyzed with consideration of the strength and deformation performances of the dam,and a simple technical process of clay mixing with gravel is put forward.It is shown that by taking reasonable measures,the seepage stability of the dam foundation and dam body can be satisfied and the core wall has a sufficient resistance against hydraulic fracturing.A method of taking degree of compaction as control index is proposed for quality inspection of clay core wall with added gravel,and it has been verified by rapid inspection through in-situ compaction tests on fine particle of test pits.A large-size compaction test apparatus of 600 mm in diameter was developed for verification of the degree of compaction of the fully-graded ingredients of the gravel-clay core wall.Using GPS technology,roller compacted parameters can be monitored automatically.A new approach based on comprehensive and automatic monitoring technology is provided for real-time quality monitoring of HCRFD.
