摘  要:以东农434为试验品种,采用植物生长调节剂进行化学调控。研究不同调节剂(三碘苯甲酸、硝酸稀土和2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基乙酸酯)对大豆产量、性状及某些生理指标和籽粒内部贮藏物质结构变化的影响。结果表明,在大豆发育的不同时期喷施调节剂,使其产量和性状比对照组有显著提高。某些理化指标也相应提高,其中硝酸稀土对大豆籽粒的蛋白质和脂肪含量提高效果最明显。调节剂对大豆贮藏细胞的显微结构也产生影响,在鼓粒期使大豆籽粒细胞中的贮藏物质含量增加,蛋白质体形状增大。研究可为调节剂对大豆生长影响及农作物种植推广提供一些理论依据。With the same species of soybean Dongnong434 as raw material, plant growth regulator used for chemical control. Different regulators (three iodine acid, nitric acid rare earth and 2-N, N-diethylamino ethyl acetate) are used on the effect of soybean yield, and physiological characteristics and some internal storage material structure change. The results showed that the development of different stages in the soybean sprayed with different plant growth regulator, but its yield and characters than the control group improved significantly. Some physical and chemical indicators have been increased, including use of rare earth nitrate regulators on soybean grain protein and fat content increased effect is the most obvious. Growth regulator cells can impact on the microstructure of stored cell of soybean, the content of soybean seeds cells of the storage material was increased, and the shape of protein was more large at seed filling stage. For the regulator effects on soybean growth and promotion of crop planting to provide some theoretical basis.
