摘 要:2010~2011年在树莓茎腐病病枝上共分离50株木贼镰孢菌(Fusarium equiseti),并对该病原菌进行生物学特性分析。结果表明,菌丝生长和产孢的最适温度为25℃,该病原菌菌丝在pH 5~10条件下均可生长,菌丝生长和产孢最适pH 6;光照有利于菌丝生长,黑暗条件则有利于产生孢子。该病原菌可利用多种单糖、双糖、多糖等碳源,最适合生长和产孢碳源为葡萄糖;也能利用有机氮、无机氮等氮源,甘氨酸最适合病原菌菌丝生长,尿素最适合产生孢子,硫酸铵和氯化铵会抑制病原菌菌丝生长,菌丝致死温度为60℃。A total of 50 Fusarium equiseti isolates were isolated from the infected branches of raspberry cane blight from 2010 to 2011, and determined for biological characteristics of the pathogen. The results showed that the optimum temperature of mycelial growth and sporulation was 25 ℃. This pathogencould grow at pH 5-10 and the optimum pH 6, and light will promote mycelial growth, dark help sporulation. Many kinds of monosaccharides, disacchariides and polysacchariades could be used by the pathogen and the most carbon source was glucose. This pathogen made use of organic and inorfanic nitrogen source, glycine was the most suitable of the mycelial growth, and the optimum nitrogen source of sporulation was urea. NH,CI and (NH4)2SO4 repressed the mycelial growth and sporulation of pathogen. The lethal temperature of mycelial was 60 ℃.
