摘 要:为对烟叶化学品质进行综合评价及品质区划,以2010年泸州17个产烟乡镇51份烟叶样品为试验材料,测定烟叶的化学成分,并综合运用相关分析、聚类分析、显著性检验等方法进行分析。结果表明,泸州烟区总植物碱、氮碱比、钾氯比权重系数较大,还原糖与淀粉的权重系数相对较小。三个类型区中第一类型区平均品质得分85.19,主要为C3F,占该类型区样品总数90%;第二类型区平均得分53.74,主要为X2F,占该类样品总数66.67%;第三类型区整体得分较低,主要为表B2F,占该类型样本总量75%,分类结果经检验达极显著水平。二、三类型区烟叶总氮、烟碱含量偏高,钾含量偏低,为提高本地烟叶质量,在上述区域应降低烟叶总氮、烟碱含量,提高烟叶钾含量。Comprehensive evaluation and quality regionalization were made for the chemical quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Luzhou. Tobacco chemical quality of 51 flue-cured tobacco samples from 17 towns in Luzhou was evaluated and regionalized with the methods of correlation analysis, clustering analysis, significance testing. The results showed that weight coefficient of total alkaloid, nitrogen-nicotine ratio, potassium-chlorine ratio was higher, and reducing sugar, starch was lower. The first type region of the three got the highest score with 85.19, and C3F accounted for 90% of the total number of samples in this region; the score of secondary quality region was lower with 53.74, and X2F accounted for 66.67% of the total number of samples in this region; The third type region got the lowest score, and B2F accounted for 75% of the total number of samples in this region; Classifica-tion results achieved extremely significant level. Quality of tobacco in the second and third regions would be improved by raising the level of the potassium, lowering the level of nicotine and total nitrogen.
