摘 要:对海关检验监管过程中抽检的一批"粗制氧化铜"进行鉴别,从而判断其是否为固体废物。试样通过筛分制备成三个不同粒级分析样品,通过外观、化学分析、X射线荧光光谱和X射线衍射光谱等分析手段,得出试样主要由铜、氧化亚铜、碱式氯化铜构成,判断其为铜材机械加工、抛光过程中产生的残渣,属于固体废物,而不是工业产品或天然铜矿石。同时分析了其中有害元素铅、镉、汞、砷、氟的含量,为海关监管和资源再利用提供了科学依据。A batch of "crude copper oxide" during Customs inspection and supervision was identified to judge whether it is solid waste. By screening, the sample was prepared into three analyzed samples with different particle sizes. Through the analysis of appearance, chemical analysis, X-ray fluores- cence spectrometry and X-ray diffraction spectrum, it was concluded that the sample was mainly com- posed of copper, cuprous oxide and copper oxychloride. The sample was judged as residue resulting from copper material machining and polishing process. It was solid waste, rather than industrial prod- uct or natural copper ore. Meanwhile, the harmful elements such as lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and fluorine were analyzed, offering scientific basis for Customs supervision and resources recycle.
