基于关联规则分析的中风病首发症状研究

摘　　要：目的研究中风病首发症状的特点,为早期临床决策提供循证依据。方法从数据库中共提取3227例中风患者的首发症状信息,应用频数统计及关联规则分析方法对中风病首发症状以及首发症状群的特点进行分析。结果单侧肢体活动不利出现频率最高,占53.3%,为最常见首发症状;其次为头晕,占20.08%。对首发症状进行关联规则分析发现,中风病首发症状群主要表现为中风主症之间相关的症状组合和与头晕有关的症状组合。中风病首发症状最常见的二项关联是视物旋转+头晕,最常见的三项关联是恶心+呕吐+头晕。结论中风病首发症状及症状群复杂,除中风主症外,特异性不高。Objective To study the characteristics of the first symptoms of stroke and to provide evidence-based advice for making early clinical decisions.Methods We extracted the clinical information of 3227 cases according with the inclusive criteria,and analyzed the first symptoms and first symptomatic flocks.The frequency statistics method and association rules were applied.Results Among those symptoms, hemiplegia was the tiptop of 1720 cases,accounted for 53.3%.Dizziness was just less than hemiplegia, accounted for 20.08%.It was found that there were mainly two forms of symptomatic flocks.Some flocks were the combinations of stroke primary symptoms,others were combinations related to dizziness.Visual rotation and dizziness were most common among two combinations of first symptoms.Nausea and vomiting were often accompanied by dizziness.Conclusion The first symptoms and first symptomatic flocks of stroke are complex with low specifity except the primary symptoms.
