摘　　要：2012年,法国马铃薯产量相对2011年减产10%,虽然种植面积相当,但单产下降了。产量下降的原因主要是由于马铃薯生长季节的不良气候,特别是初夏潮湿的天气导致霉病比较严重。2012年法国马铃薯品质低于前几年的平均水平,小马铃薯居多。法国马铃薯主产区集中在北部(北部-加莱海峡、皮卡第、香槟-阿登、中央和上诺曼底)。本文对法国马铃薯产业进行了分析,包括马铃薯种植面积、产量,并且对马铃薯加工业、家庭消费新鲜马铃薯的情况及法国马铃薯对外贸易进行了讨论。In 2012, French potato production is down by 10% from 2011 because of a stable acreage combined with a lower yield. The latter is due to poor weather conditions throughout the growing season, especially a very wet early summer which boosted mildew disease. Quality is reported to be below average with more small sized potatoes. French production of potato is concentrated in the northern （Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Picardie, Champagne-Ardenne, Centre and Haute-Normandie）. This paper reviewed the development of French potato industry, including the potato harvest area and production, and the potato processing, fresh potato consumption and foreign trade were also discussed.
