摘　　要：目的　探讨孕妇血浆PAPP -A测定在异常妊娠筛查中的应用。方法　采用ELISA法对本地区不同孕周的正常孕妇血浆PAAA -A含量进行测定 ,并建立了正常值范围。结果　正常孕妇从第 5周开始PAPP -A含量随孕周上升 ,39孕周达高峰 (119mg/L) ,而异常妊娠的PAPP -A明显低于同期妊娠的正常孕妇 ,其中以无脑儿、IUGR、脑积水、宫内死胎及先兆流产的降低尤为明显。结论　孕妇PAPPObjcetive To probe the application of pregnancy associated plasma protein A(PAPP-A)detection in screening abnormal pregnancy. Method The plasma content of PAPP-A in varied duration of pregnancy was detected with ELISA, and the normal range was estiblished.Results PAPP-A content of normal gravide rises from fifth week of pregnancy untill reaching the peak(119?mg/L) at the 39th week. But that of abnormal pregnancy was obviously lower, especially in cases of anencephaly, intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR), hydrocephalus, Intrauteine fetal death and threatened abortion.Conclusion PAPP-A content detection can be used as prenatal diagnosis method of abnomal pregnancy.
