安徽省体育系统从业人员与运动员获奖牌数的灰色关联分析

摘　　要：对安徽省2006～2011年体育系统不同从业人员及运动员在国内外比赛中的获奖牌数进行统计,根据统计数据,运用灰色关联分析法分析运动员获奖牌数与体育系统不同从业人员的关联度,结果表明:奖牌数与体育管理人员的关联度最大,其他依次是专职文化教师、专职教练员、运动员、科技人员和医务人员.旨在正确认识体育系统从业人员在竞技体育发展中的作用和地位,从而优化体育系统从业人员的人力资源配置.From 2006 to 2011, in Anhui Province sports system based on different professionals and athletes won game medal in competitions at home and abroad, according to statistics, using grey correlation analysis meth- od, analysis of athlete awarded medals and sports system is different from personnel of course of correlation, the re- sults show that the medals and sports management personnel had the largest correlation other full -time teachers, full- time coaches, athletes, scientific and technological personnel and medical personnel. Aimed at practitioners in the correct understanding of the sports system the function and position in the development of competitive sports, so as to optimize the sports system from personnel of course of human resource configuration.
