摘　　要：介绍了重症监护病房(ICU)镇静的意义以及镇痛和镇静与手术麻醉的区别、ICU病人镇痛和镇静指证、ICU病人镇静的评分系统、护士参与的镇静评估、ICU常用的镇静药物、器官功能的监测和护理。It introduced the significance of sedation in intensive care unit （ICU） ,and the difference among analgesia and sedation and surgical anes- thesia,analgesic and sedative indications of ICU patients, sedation scoring system of ICU patients, nurses involved in sedation assessment, common sedative drugs in ICU, monitoring and nursing of organ function.
