摘  要:目的正交试验优选黄芪桂枝五物汤提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以黄芪甲苷、芍药苷和出膏率为综合评分指标,以溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,各设置3个水平,对黄芪桂枝五物汤提取工艺进行优化。结果黄芪桂枝五物汤的最佳提取工艺条件为10倍水量,提取2次,每次1h为最优工艺。结论优选的提取工艺对各指标性成分的提取率均较高,可以为制剂生产提供依据。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. Methods The contents of Astragaloside IV, paeoniflorin and the extract yield was used as the analysis indexes. The ex- traction technology was optimized through orthogonal experimental design by selecting solvent volume, extraction time and number of times as factors. Results The optimized extraction technology was as follows: extracting 2 times with 10 fold water, 1 hour each time. Conclusion The extraction technology showed higher efficiency for each indicated component and could provid basis for preparation manufacture.
