电针夹脊穴对佐剂关节炎大鼠外周血单胺类物质含量的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察电针夹脊穴对佐剂关节炎大鼠外周血单胺类物质含量的影响。方法：Ｗｉｓｔａｒ雄性大鼠２８ 只，随机分为正常对照组、佐剂关节炎模型组、电针夹脊穴加模型组和电针局部取穴加模型组。电针夹脊穴组 针刺双侧Ｌ３～Ｌ５夹脊穴，电针局部取穴组针刺患侧太溪、昆仑穴，隔日针刺１次。于实验第１４ｄ上午将大鼠迅 速断头处死，取静脉血 ５ｍｌ，规定 ５－ＨＴ、ＤＡ、ＮＡ、５－ＨＩＡＡ的含量。结果：电针组血小板 ５－ＨＴ及血浆 ５－ ＨＩＡＡ 含量显著升高，血浆ＮＡ、ＤＡ含量显著下降。结论：外周单胺类物质参与炎性痛大鼠电针镇痛调制过程。Objective: in older to observe the effect of Electro- Acupuncture on JiaJi points on the content of peripheral blood monnoamine substance in adjuvant induced arthritis rats. Method:28 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,EA on JiaJi points plus model group and EA on local points plus model group.EA on JiaJi points group punctured L3-L5 JiaJi points bilaterally,while EA on local points group punctured Taixi and Kunlun points on inflammated side,one time every other day.At the 14th day morning,all rats were killed by decapitation and 5ml vein blood were taken.The content of 5 - HT,5 - HIAA, NA, DA were tested. Result:Resulta showed that the content of thyombocyte 5 - HT and plasma 5-HIAA in EA group were remarkebly raised,and the content of NA and DA were remarkebly reduced. Conclusion: peripheral blood monoamine substance take part in the regulation of EA analgesia in inflammation pain rats.
