摘　　要：生命科学技术的飞速发展引生了生命科技犯罪现象。为此,我国台湾地区、香港及澳门特区与祖国大陆都采取了相应的对策,并以风险预防为理念进行了相关的刑法制度设置,在一定程度上减弱了生命科技犯罪的社会负面效应。我国大陆应当参考和借鉴台湾、香港及澳门地区应对生命科技犯罪的立法经验,进一步完善应对生命科技犯罪的刑法制度体系。The rapid development of biotechnology has given birth to a large quantity of biotechnology crimes. As regions of China, Hong, Taiwan and Macao as well as the mainland have taken legislative countmeasures and have established their criminal legal systems based on venture-precaution, which greatly undermines the side-effect of biotechnology crimes. The Mainland of China should learn from the legislation of the above the other three regions to cope with biotechnology crimes.
