摘　　要：公安民警招录培养体制改革工作是公安队伍选人、育人和用人机制的一次全新探索。招录对象、培养目标和从事岗位等方面的转变,对公安院校的课程建设方面提出了新的任务和挑战。公安工作概论课程作为培养学生警察基本素养的重要基础课程,应适应上述转变的要求积极进行课程改革。根据目前公安工作概论课程教学的实际情况,可以提高警察素养和服务岗位核心能力培养为出发点和落脚点,在课程设计、教学内容和教学方法等方面进行改革。The reform of police recruitment and cultivation system is a new exploration for police selection, education and employment mechanism. The changes of targets in recruitment, cultivation and employment become the new tasks and challenges to the curriculum construction in public security colleges and universities. As an important basic course, Introduction to Public Security Work must adapt to the changing requirements actively for students basic police qualities. In the actual situation, this course must be reformed in curriculum design, teaching contents and methods etc. from the starting and foothold point of improvement of police quality and job ability.
