摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查等研究方法,对常州市区居民社区体育组织管理、居民参与状况及影响因素等现状进行了调查与研究,并在此基础上提出了一些可行性对策,为推动常州城市社区体育的良性发展,促进全民健身工作提供参考。The article uses the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire etc, to study the present situations of city community sports organization and management, the condition of residents to participate in sports in Changzhou and the influencing factors, and on this basis, the study puts forward some feasible countermeasures, in order to provide references to promote the benign development of Changzhou city community sports, promote the national fitness work.
