行为经济学应用于献血激励政策的分析

摘　　要：探讨中国各地"血荒"现象的成因及对策,比较分析国内外献血激励情况,认为我国无偿献血激励政策有很多不足之处,并从行为经济学视角分析和提出改进献血激励政策、措施的思考,给解决"血荒"问题提出对策。Causes and countermeasures of blood shortage in all parts of China have been discussed.Blood dona- tion at home and abroad has been compared and analyzed. It is believed that there are many weaknesses in the incen- tives of our policies about blood donation. We try to analyze and propose measures to imrove donation incentive policy from the perspective of behavioral ecnomic theory, and seek to put forward countermeasures to settle blood shortage.
