米力农微量泵治疗重度充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察米力农治疗重度充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将94例重度充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组47例,对照组使用洋地黄、利尿剂、ACEI等药物常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,给予米力农注射液0.5μg/(kg.min)持续泵入,7天为1个疗程,对比两组血压、心率、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、心功能的改变及药物不良反应。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为89.36%,米力农明显改善心功能。在降低静息心率及改善LVEF方面与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:米力农能有效改善重度充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能,无严重不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety Of milrinone in treatment of refractory congestive heart failure. Methods：Ninety-four patients with refractory congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group,47 cases each,contrast group with routine treatment such as digitalis, diuretics, ACEI, on the basis of the contrast group,treatment group were treated with milrinone by intravenous injection with mi- cro pump at 0.5 μg/（kg·min）,7 days as a therapeutic course.Two groups were compared left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVDd）, in blood pressure, heart rate, changes in heart function and adverse drug reactions.Results：the total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.36%,milrinone could obviously improve the heart function.Compared with contrast group,heart rate in treatment group decreased,and LVEF in- with refractory congestive heart failure （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Milrinone can obviously improve heart function of patients without serious adverse reaction.
