摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部切口皮下置一次性硅胶负压吸引球在妇科腹部切口中的护理效果。方法:选取某医院妇科住院患者行全子宫(附件)或全子宫+附件切除手术后伤口60例患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各30例。观察组患者切口置硅胶负压吸引球,对照组切口采用常规缝合,将两组数据进行比较。结果:观察组无脂肪液化、感染病例发生,5-7天均顺利拆线。对照组采用常规缝合的患者中有2例发生脂肪液化、1例切口裂开。结论:妇科腹部切口皮下置一次性硅胶负压吸引球能明显减少患者术后切口愈合不良,提高患者术后的生活质量。Objective：To discuss the nursing effect of gynecological surgery by using disposable silicone suction ball under subcutaneous.Method：60 patients using disposable silicone suction ball under subcutaneous after Hys-terectomy were randomly divided into observation group and a control group of 30 patients in each. Observation group uses disposable silicone suction ball under subcutaneous, control group does not. Comparison regarding wound heal- ing was made between the two groups.Result：The incision of the group using disposable silicone suction ball under subcutaneous healed well. The patients of the control group have 2 fat liquefactions and one case of wound dehiscence.Conclusion：The care with abdominal incision and the quality of life afterdrainage tube can reduce postoperative adverse and Improve gynecological surgery.
