摘　　要：目的:探讨T管引流的护理重要性及注意事项。方法:对某医院63例胆道术后行T管引流患者的临床资料进行分析研究。结果:63例患者均治愈出院。结论:严谨科学的T管引流护理措施,不仅可减少胆道手术后并发症的发生,而且也能及时发现胆道手术并发症并及早做出相应处理,使患者早日康复出院。Objective.to discuss the significance and cautions of Type T catheter nursing. Method：Analysis and study were made into the clinical data of 63 patients undergoing type T catheter after biliary tract surgery in our hospital. Result：63 patients were cured and discharged from hospital, Conclusion：Meticulous and scientific type T catheter nursing can not only reduce the occurrence of complications, but also contribute to prompt detection and intervention of complications, for the sake of early rehabilitation and discharge of the patients.
