益气活血法对舒张性心力衰竭患者E/A比值、血管假性血友病因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血法对舒张性心力衰竭患者E/A比值、血管假性血友病因子(vWF)水平的影响。方法将舒张性心力衰竭患者(中医辨证为气虚血瘀证)160例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者给予现代西医标准化药物治疗,治疗组患者在标准西药治疗基础上应用益气活血中药,每日1剂,连续服用30d,测定E/A比值、血管假性血友病因子水平。结果两组治疗后vWF均降低,E/A比值均升高,与治疗前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后vWF、E/A比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血法能够降低舒张性心力衰竭患者血管假性血友病因子水平,升高E/A比值,改善其内皮功能,从而改善心功能。Objective To study the effect of reinforcing qi and activating blood circulation therapy on E/A ratio and von Wille- brand factor （vWF） in patients with diastolic heart failure. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with diastolic heart failure and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：Control group treated with western medicine,and treatment group treated with reinforcing qi and activating blood circulation herbs and western medicine for 30 days. Results After treatment,the level of vWF was decreased in both groups （P〈0.05）. The level of vWF in treatment group was decreased significantly compared with that in control group （P〈0.05）. E/A ratio in two groups was increased after treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, E/A ratio in treatment group was increased significantly compared with that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reinforcing qi and activating blood circulation therapy could decrease vWF level and increase E/A ratio in patients with diastolic heart failure.
