“方氏”刺络放血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和评价"方氏"刺络放血法对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取30例并进行治疗前后进行多伦多临床评分系统评分,对治疗前后的症状分、反射分、感觉分、总分进行统计学计算对比。结果治疗后,30例中痊愈2例,显效14例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%。治疗后症状、反射、感觉等各项积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 "方氏"刺络放血法对2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,方法简单、价廉。Objective To evaluate the effect of Fang＇s phlebotomy for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were scored by Toronto Clinical Scoring System before and after the treatment. The semiology scores, reflection scores, sensation scores and total scores graded by Toronto Clinical Scoring System were analyzed. Results Following the phlebotomy, 2 patients were recovery, 14 patients were effective significantly, 13 patients were effective, and 1 patient was no effective. There were significantly differences between pre - and post - treatment in each parts of the scores （P〈0 05）. Conclusion Fang＇s phlebotomy was effective,simple and inexpensive for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
