赭磁安神胶囊的主要药效学研究

摘  要:目的通过观察赭磁安神胶囊对小鼠自主活动、睡眠时间、抗惊厥及大鼠海马内神经递质含量测定等实验指标进行其药效学研究。方法观察赭磁安神胶囊对小鼠自主活动影响;戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间的影响,对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠对其睡眠率的影响;对注射尼可刹米注射液诱发小鼠惊厥和电刺激诱发小鼠惊厥观察其抗惊厥的作用。采用ELISA试剂盒测定大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量的影响。结果赭磁安神胶囊可以降低小鼠的自主活动次数,延长戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间,提高小鼠阈下剂量的睡眠时间,同时具有抗惊厥的作用。能降低大鼠脑内去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、五羟吲哚乙酸的含量。结论赭磁安神胶囊有镇静、催眠、抗惊厥和降低海马内单胺类神经递质的作用。Objective After the mice take Red Ochre and Magnetite Sedative capsule,through observe independent activities,sleeping time,anticonvulsive and hippocampus neurotransmitter content determination of rats experimental indexes,for determining its pharmacodynamics researeh. Methods Observe the drug on independent living influenee of the mouse. Use mebumalnatrium caused by sleeping to observe the influence of sleep time. Use sub-threshold dose of mebumalnatrium to observe the influence of sleep rate,use nikethamide injection and electric stimulation in mouse induced convulsion to observe the anticonvulsant action. Use ELISA kit measurement test in rats single amine neurotransmitter content influence. Results Red Ochre and Magnetite Sedative capsule in mice can reduce the number of independent activities,extend the mebumalnatrium of sleep time,improve mice subthreshold dose of sleeping time,and play the anticonvulsant effects. It also can reduce rats in norepinephrine and dopamine,five hydroxide indole acetie acid eontent. Conclusion Red Ochre and Magnetite Sedative capsule has sedative,hypnotic,anticonvulsive effects and can reduce the hippoeampus monoamine transmitters in action.
