摘  要:文献回顾显示血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚型(β-HCG)、雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)是早孕期监测妊娠风险的常用指标。血清β-HCG检测是诊断早孕最敏感方法,但同一孕周β-HCG浓度波动范围较大,检测中可能多次稀释、10周后β-HCG下降等因素限制了其对妊娠监测的实用性。孕12周前血清P浓度较稳定。E2浓度随孕周增加呈上升趋势,但浓度跨度较β-HCG小。血清E2预测流产比血清β-HCG及P更有意义。血清β-HCG、P联合测定预测价值较β-HCG或P单项测定高。Literature reviews show that the serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) are commonly used for indicators of the risk in early pregnancy. The beta-HCG(β-HCG) measurement is the most sensitive way which diagnoses early pregnancy,but some factors have limited its practicality in forecasting the pregnancy outcome,for example,the larger fluctuation of β-HCG concentration in the same gestational week,its own decline after ten weeks of pregnancy and the possibility of being diluted repeatedly in determination. While the concentration of P in serum is relatively stable before 12 weeks of pregnancy .The concentration of serum E2 increases with the gestational weeks and its variation range is smaller than 13 -HCG. So E2 is more meaningful than -HCG and P in terms of predicting the outcome of the abortion. The predictive value of serum P combined with β-HCG measurements is higher than single measurement of β-HCG or P.
