麻醉喉镜下改制单极电凝切除会厌囊肿30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改制单极电凝在会厌囊肿切除中的应用。方法收集本院2008年2月～2012年2月会厌囊肿患者60例,分为电凝组30例,对照组30例。手术均在全麻下进行。电凝组在麻醉喉镜下应用改制单极电凝切除会厌囊肿,对照组采用支撑喉镜下应用喉钳喉剪喉刀常规行会厌囊肿切除术。两组对手术时间、术中出血量、术后创口水肿反应情况等进行了比较。结果电凝组比对照组手术时间短、出血量少,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论麻醉喉镜下应用改制单极电凝切除会厌囊肿,简便快捷、省时省力、时间短、出血少、疗效确切、效果良好。Objective To discuss the application of the restructuring monopolar coagulation in the removal of tired of cysts. Methods 60 cases of epiglottic cyst in our hospital were collected during February 2008 to February 2012,which were divided into two groups,electric coagulation group （30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The operations were carried out under general anesthesia. For electric coagulation group, perform epiglottic cyst excision with restructuring monopolar cautery under anesthesia laryngoscope,and for control group,perform routine Epiglottic cyst excision with laryngeal forceps,laryngeal scissors and laryngotome under laryngoscope.Operative time,blood loss, postoperative wound edema reaction conditions were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,there were shorter operative time and less blood loss in electric coagulation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Epiglottic cyst excision performed with restructuring monopolar cautery under anesthesia laryngoscope features easy operation, high efficiency,Economical with time and effort,less time-consuming, less bleeding,efficacy and respond well.
