宣肺止嗽合剂治疗呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宣肺止嗽合剂治疗儿童呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法对本院2011年2月～2012年5月收治的108例呼吸道感染患儿,根据治疗方法将患者分为两组,每组各54例,对照组患儿给予小儿止咳糖浆进行治疗,观察组患儿给予宣肺止嗽合剂进行治疗,疗程均为7d,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组总有效率(98.15%)明显高于对照组(88.89%);差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有2例患儿出现轻微的恶心、呕吐症状,对照组患儿有1例出现轻微的恶心、呕吐症状。治疗前后两组患儿尿常规结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药期间,两组患儿的血压及心率对比差异无统计学意义。结论宣肺止嗽合剂可迅速改善患儿咳嗽、痰多等症状,且疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of Xuanfei Cough Mixture in treating children respiratory tract infections. Methods Choosing 108 cases of children with respiratory tract infections in our hospital from February 2011 to May 2012, they were randomly divided into two groups which were control group and observation group, and each group had 54 cases. Treating control group children with cough syrup, while observation group children with Xuanfei Cough Mixture, which both treatment courses were seven days, and then comparing the clinical efficacy and safety between two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group （98.15%） was obviously higher than that of the control group （88.89%）. This difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Two cases of children with slight nausea and vomiting symptoms in observation group, while one case of child with similar symptoms in control group. Routine urine test results of children in two groups were without statistic difference before and after treatment. And the blood pressure and heart rate of children in two groups were also without statistic difference during the treatment. Conclusion Xuanfei Cough Mixture can rapidly improve cough, much phlegm and other symptoms of children, which is remarkably effective and highly safe. It is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
