对甘露消毒丹验案的分类统计与结论思考

摘　　要：本研究对名方甘露消毒丹在近20年期刊报道的300余治验病案进行了证治分类统计,显示了病因病机以湿热蕴蒸为核心,病位于六经以阳明居首、于脏腑以脾胃为重点,病症依次以舌红、发热、纳呆、胸痞腹胀、口渴、咽红肿痛为主要表现,病种依次以传染性病变、消化系统、呼吸系统疾病为主,并特别在五官科疾病中有较广泛延伸等特点。最后,指出了本方得以扩大应用的主要原因是缘于临床湿热病理机制的普遍性、阳明经受病与传遍的广泛性和原方宣透清利兼备的巧妙配伍。This thesis classified and sum up the 300 effective medical records ofganlu xiaodu dan which were reported on periodicals in recent 20 years.The correspOndent statistics show that the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Ganlu xiaodu Dan take the association between damp with hot as the core.The locations of diseases are mainly in yangming meridian in terms of six meridians,and in spleen and stomach according in terms of viscera.Symptoms are mainly in forms of red tongue,fever,poor appetite,chest tightness, abdominal distension,thrst,pharyngeal wall swelling and pain in order.The sorts of diseases are mainly infectious diseases,digestive diseases,respiratory diseases in order, especially having the characteristics of widely extending in ENT diseases.At last,the thesis point out the main reasons why the use of ganlu xiaodu dan can be enlarged.The reasons are the universality of the mechanism of damp and hot diseases,the catholicity of the pathopoiesis and progress in yangmingmeridian and the ingenious compatibility of medicines through whichganlu xiaodu dan can disperse and clear away.
