摘　　要：通过回顾性分析内蒙古医科大学附属医院在2005～2010年间收治的3例巨大肥厚性胃炎(MD)患者的临床特点、诊治经过和随访1年的结果,探讨MD在低蛋白血症、胃镜和影像学检查方面的特征性表现,明确多次、多点的胃黏膜全层活检是确诊该病的关键,患者经手术切除胃部病变后可获得痊愈。通过总结对MD诊断和治疗的临床体会,来提高临床医师对该病的认识水平,从而能够及早地诊断和治愈MD。Through analyzing the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment process and results of 1-year follow-up of 3 patients with huge hypertrophic gastritis/Menetrier＇s disease （MD） treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from 2005 to 2010, the characteristic performance of MD in the hypoproteinemia, endoscopy and imaging examinations were investigated. It is clear that repeating and multipoint gastric mucosa full-thickness biopsy is the key to the diagnosis of the disease. Patients can be healed after the ＂surgical resection of gastric lesions. Through summarizing the clinical experience of MD diagnosis and treatment, the clinicians＇awareness level of the disease can be improved so that MD can be diagnosed and healed in time.
