摘　　要：脂肪分化相关蛋白ADRP位于多种细胞的脂滴表面,是脂滴的主要成分之一,对促进细胞内脂滴形成起着重要作用。ADRP是体外脂肪分化过程中出现的第一个脂滴蛋白,在激活和贮存脂滴过程中发挥重要作用。本文针对胰岛β细胞、脂肪肝细胞和泡沫细胞中ADRP的脂滴沉积功能及促进脂滴沉积的机制进行了综述。ADRP, locating in lipid droplet surface of a variety of cells, is a major component of the lipid droplets, and plays an important role in the formation of lipid droplets. ADFP is the first lipid droplets protein that appears during adipocyte differentiation in vitro. It is important in the activation and storage of lipid droplets. This article tried to review the function of ADRP in lipid deposition of pancreatic β cells, fatty liver cells and foam cell and the mechanism of lipid droplets deposition.
