摘　　要：结核病是严重危害劳动人民健康的慢性传染性疾病,已成为重大的公共卫生问题和社会问题,开展医防合作,将综合医疗机构纳入结核病防治规划,不断完善结核病防治服务体系,是保证我国结核病防治工作质量,实现规划目标的重要策略。本研究就国内外结核病医防合作策略的研究进展及我国医防合作模式作一综述。Tuberculosis （TB）,one of a chronic infectious disease,is a severe problem of public health and the society,due to it can cause serious damage to human health.In order to guarantee the quality and to realize the planned objectives in our country, developing the Public-Private Mix（PPM）,including the medical institution into the program,and keeping continuously improvement to the service system are the important strategies in TB control works. In this paper,the developments of cooperation strategy of PPM at home and abroad and the patterns of PPM in the domestic were discussed as a review article.
