云南白药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征合并皮肤感染1例护理

摘　　要：目的探讨云南白药胶囊对骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者合并坏死性皮肤感染的治疗效果及护理观察。方法对武汉某三级甲等综合性医院血液科1例MDS合并左下肢坏死性皮肤感染(细菌培养提示铜绿假单胞菌感染)患者进行云南白药伤口换药处理加精心护理30d,出院后随访半个月。结果在原有的外科伤口换药处理无明显效果后,加用云南白药换药,患者皮肤感染坏死逐渐好转,伤口愈合后出院,随访生活质量得到提高。结论云南白药对MDS类血液恶性疾病合并坏死性皮肤感染伤口换药时有明显的止血、控制感染、促进伤口愈合的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Yunnan baiyao capsules on patients who suffered from the myelodysplastic syndrome （MDS） combined with neerotizing skin infections and its nursing observation. Methods One patient who suffered from MDS with necrotizing skin infection in the left lower limb （bacterial culture revealed pseudomonas aeruginosa infection）was enrolled in the study.We treated the wound with yunnan baiyao powder and fresh dressing every time,Carefully nursing her about 30 days in the hematology department of a third-grade elass-A general hospital in wuhan. Results Cause the previous normal surgical nursing of the wound had no obvious effect,we started to use the yunnan baiyao powder in the wound at each dressing .Then the infection and necrosis of the patient＇s skin improved gradually. Finally the wound healed and she left hospital.Also,the follow-up of the quality of her life got improved. Conclusion Dressing with yunnan baiyao has a obvious effect on the wound of those with MDS that kind of hematological malignant diseases accompanied with necrotizing skin infections .Such as obviously hemostatic effect,better control of the infection and accelerated wound healing.
