摘 要:提出了一种计算大型、具有复杂曲面的汽车覆盖件冲压模具应力的计算方法,并预测模具的失效部位,对模具表面进行激光强化处理。所提出的方法解决了在通用有限元软件中模具为变形体所造成的计算应力不准确的问题。首先通过冲压软件DYNAFORM模拟板料的成型过程,计算得到了板料上每个节点的位移,然后将该位移作为位移载荷施加于模具之上,在ABAQUS中计算得到冲压时模具表面所受到的应力。计算得到的应力值超过模具材料许用拉应力所在的区域为模具失效区域,与模具实际磨损失效的区域位置分布及形状一致。A method is proposed in this study to calculate the stresses of the stamping dies of an automobile panel to predict the parts of the dies' surface to be worn, on which a laser beam can be used to scan to improve the performance of the stamping dies and prolong its serving life. Nowadays, no single commercial software can be applied to calculate accurately the stresses of the stamping die characterized with large and complex surface. In this study, a new method to calculate the stresses of the stamping die is presented. Firstly, the die is treated as rigid body to obtain the displacements of nodes on a panel after the analysis of the formation procedure in accord with the real production using DYNAFORM. Then, the die is treated as deformable and the stresses loaded upon it from the obtained nodal displacements of the panel are calculated with ABAQUS. The parts of the dies' surface with the calculated stresses over the allowable tensile stress are predicated to be worn. The predicted results are in a good agreement with the experimental.results in respect of the locations and the morphologies of the wom parts of the die
