摘  要:目的筛选安全、高效的仪器表面微生物消毒剂,为未来长期飞行座舱仪器表面的微生物控制方法提供实验依据。方法采用定量杀菌试验、引用GB10124-88方法的腐蚀性试验和模拟现场擦拭试验对6种消毒剂进行杀菌效果及对材料腐蚀性评价。结果六种消毒剂杀菌效果均良好;腐蚀性试验表明,1、3、4号消毒液的腐蚀性最小;模拟现场试验显示,1、2、3、4、6号消毒液基本无腐蚀作用。结论综合各种因素,1号、2号、4号、6号消毒剂符合长期飞行座舱表面微生物消毒剂的基本要求。Objective To sieve and select safe and high-efficacious microorganism disinfectants of equipment surface, as well as to provide experimental evidences for the method of controlling surface microorganism of e- quipment in sealed-cabin during long-term flight. Methods Quantitative germicidal test, corrosion test with GB 10124-88 method and simulated actual field abrasion test were used to evaluate the germicidal efficacy and corrosion-resistant efficacy. Results In quantitative germicidal test, the germicidal efficacy of six disinfectants was good. Corrosion test showed that corrosiveness of 1,3 and 4 disinfectants was the least. In simulated actu- al field test, nearly no corrosion of 1,2,3,4 and 6 disinfectants was observed. Conclusion Synthetically, 1, 2,4,6 disinfectants meet the requirements of surface microorganism decontaminant in sealed-cabin for long- term flight.
