摘　　要：目的对广东汉族特应性皮炎的患者行白介素13-1112C>T基因分型,探讨白介素13-1112C>T基因与本地区特应性皮炎遗传易感性的相关性。方法用PCR-RFLP法对75例广东汉族无亲缘关系的特应性皮炎患者和107例无血缘关系的健康广东汉族人行白介素13-1112C>T基因分型。结果特应性皮炎组与对照组相比,白介素13-1112C/T基因型频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);白介素13-1112位点的T/T基因不存在显著相关(P>0.05)。结论白介素13-1112C>T基因多态性与广东汉族人特应性皮炎不存在相关性。Objective To investigate the distribution of Interleukin-13-1112 C 〉 T genes in a Guangdong population and to explore the association of these genes with atopie dermatitis. Methods One hundred and Seven un- related healthy individuals of Cantonese Han nationality and 75 patients with atopic dermatitis who were from the same geographic region were enrolled in the study. The lnterleukin-13-1112 C 〉 T was genotyped by PCR-RFLP technique. Results There was no significant difference between IL-13-1112 CT and CC gene-types. There was no significant difference in IL-13-1112 between AD group and control group. Conclusion Polymorphisms of ILl 3-1112 C 〉 T were no associated with atopic dermatitis of Cantonese Han nationality.
