云母状和角化性假上皮瘤性龟头炎1例

摘　　要：患者男,56岁。龟头反复糜烂增厚4年。皮肤科情况:龟头淡红色斑块,边缘堤状隆起,表面覆以银白色云母状鳞屑,似石膏样外观,间有点状血痂。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,角化不全,假性上皮瘤样增生,未见细胞异型性,真皮少许炎性细胞浸润。诊断:云母状和角化性假上皮瘤性龟头炎。予维A酸霜和咪喹莫特外用后皮疹好转。A 56-year-old Chinese male patient had presented with 4-year history of recurrent erosion followed a partial circmncision because of phimosis and unknown lump, an eruption on his glans penis developed slowly. Phys-ical examination showed hyperkeratotic plaque with white micaceous scale. Histological examination revealed hyperkeratosis, Parakeratosis and pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia with no cytological atypia, and a mild focal superficial inflammatory infiltrate. The case was finally diagnosed as micaceous and keratotic pseudoep-itheliomatous balanitis （MKPEB）. The lesion has been improved with topical tretinoin and imiquimod, with no evidence of aggravation at 2-year follow-up.
