摘  要:采用合适的工艺参数对B30白铜和Q345A钢进行爆炸复合,并对复合板的力学性能和显微组织进行了系统的测试和分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,复合板的抗拉强度达483 MPa,抗剪强度达222.3 MPa,其力学性能可以满足实际使用要求;金相组织观察显示,复合板连接界面呈波状结合,从界面处向母材基体的晶粒逐渐由等轴细晶向粗晶转变,并且在碳钢一侧发生了原子扩散现象;进一步对结合界面进行。XRD分析证实,复合板靠近白铜一侧界面并发现有金属间化合物生成,说明文中所采用的爆炸焊接工艺可行,所得复合板具有满意的组织和性能。The B30 copper-nickel and Q345A steel are welded by explosive welding with appropriate process parameters.The microstructures and mechanical properties of the cladding plate are systematically investigated respectively.The results show that the tensile strength of cladding plate reaches up to 483 MPa,and the shear strength is 222.3 MPa,and its mechanical properties can meet the requirements of practical application.The metallographic observation indicates that the bonding interface of cladding plate presents the pattern of wavy bonding,and grains change gradually from fine equiaxed grains to coarse grains from the interface to the base metal,and the phenomenon of atom diffusion appears at the side of carbon steel.The results of XRD analysis further verify that there is no intermetallic compound formed in the cladding plate interface close to the side of white copper,which demonstrates that the explosive welding technology is feasible,and the microstructures and mechanical properties of cladding plate are satisfactory.
