摘　　要：目的探讨CT血管成像（CTA）对成人冠状动脉常见变异与畸形诊断价值。方法回顾性分析104例成人冠状动脉变异和畸形的影像资料，对CT原始数据分别采用多平面重建（MPR），最大密度投影（MIP），表面阴影遮盖（SSD），容积再现（VRT）进行图像重建，研究成人冠状动脉常见变异与畸形的CT表现。结果104例冠状动脉变异均清晰显示，其中冠状动脉异常起源于主动脉8例；左冠状动脉异常起源于肺动脉3例；右冠状动脉一右房瘘1例；心肌桥92例（左前降支73例，其他分支19例）。结论冠状动脉CTA能准确显示成人冠状动脉变异与畸形，是首选的无创性检查手段之一。Objective To determine the clinical value of computed tomography angiography （CTA） in the diagnosis of common coronary artery variation and anomalies. Methods We retrospectively collected coronary artery imaging data of 104 patients under- going CTA examination, then MPR, MIP, SSD and VR techniques were used to demonstrate the anomaious coronary artery. The CT features of these patients were reviewed. Results Among 104 patients, all the diseases arteries clearly demonstrated, including 8 cases of anomalous aortic origin of coronary arteries, 3 cases of left main coronary artery anomalous origin from the pulmonary artery, one case of coronary fistula from right coronary artery to right atrium, and 92 cases of myocardial bridging（ 73 cases located at the left anterior descending artery, 19 cases at the others. Conclusion CTA is one of the optimal non-invasive modality in the detailed description of an abnormal coronary artery for providing superior resolution of the coronary tree and its variants or anomalies.
