摘 要:目的探讨双源CTFlash Spiral扫描模式、实时剂量调节技术(CareDose4D)、SAFIRE迭代重建技术联合应用在儿童胸部检查中的价值。方法选择120例行双源CT胸部检查儿童患者随机分组,分别采用传统模式(常规组)及联合模式(实验组)扫描,并记录患者检查接受辐射剂量,然后对2组图像的质量、噪声及辐射剂量进行比较。结果(1)实验组图像质量评分略高于常规组,差异无统计学意义。(2)实验组气管分叉水平主动脉部及肺底部噪声低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义;实验组肺尖部噪声略低于常规组,差异有统计学意义。(3)2组容积CT剂量指数(CTDIv01)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)和有效剂量(E)差异均有统计学意义。结论CTFlash Spiral扫描模式联合Care Dose4D技术、SAFIRE迭代重建技术既可降低辐射剂量.又能提高图像质量,在儿童胸部CT检查中具有较大临床应用价值。Abstract:Objective To explore the value of Flash Spiral scan mode,Care Dose 4D technique and sinogram affirmed iterative reconstruction technique of dual-source CT in children chest scanning. Methods 120 patients were equally divided into experimental group and control group,and underwent chest CT scanning by traditional patterns or combined scan mode. Theradiation dose was displayed automatically in machine while chest scanning, then the image quality, image noise, radiation dose were compared between the experimental group and control group. Results ①The image quality score of experimental group was slightly higher than that of control group, but there was no of statistically significant difference between the two scanning modes.②The noises of experimental group at aortic of tracheal bifurcation levels and pulmonary bottom were lower than that of the contral group, the differences between them were statistically significant;the noise of apex was no difference between experimental group and control group. ③All of the CTDIvol, DLP and effective dose (E) had significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Combining Flash Spiral scan mode, Care Dose 4D technique and sinogram affirmed iterative reconstruction technique not only decrease radiation dose but also increases image quality,which have more clinical applications in children CT scanning .
